Dr. Shurtz graduated with honors from Southern College of Optometry located in Memphis, TX. Dr. Shurtz is additionally licensed as a Therapeutic Optometrist/Glaucoma Specialist. He currently holds membership in both the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association.
